As a transplant from Connecticut, I have lived in Eugene for 22 years. My husband, Bill, and I have a neat 13-year old boy, Dylan! My expertise in real estate budded several years ago as Bill and I devoured R.E. classes and began investing in rental properties. I know South Eugene real estate better than most local Realtors! It is where I run, where I play tennis, where my son goes to school, where I shop, where I LIVE.
